在使用达梦数据库容器镜像的过程中，根据这个文档：https://eco.dameng.com/document/dm/zh-cn/start/dm-install-docker.html 说可以解决在初始化过程中中文乱码的问题。但其实并不能。
原因是没有安装中文字符集。通过下面的方案安装字符集：

apt-get update && apt-get install -y language-pack-zh* && dpkg-reconfigure locales

然后在执行

source /etc/profile
